As Used Car Sales Leader with Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Nottingham you will be expected manage the used car sales department through your Business Managers and Sales Controllers whilst managing the used stock profile and volumes in accordance with the budgets.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quality, model mix, profile and number of used car stock

• Control of profit

• Monitoring and management of used car pricing

• Management of used car stock presentation

• Coaching and development of the team

• Responsible for achievement of budgets and objectives

Experience & Requirements:

It is essential that you have previous Motor Trade experience as a Sales Manager and that you hold a full valid UK driving licence. It is also essential that you fully understand used car purchasing, stock mix, stock profiling and ageing stock policies.

It would be desirable for you to have experience of working as a Used Car Sales manager in a high volume dealership and if you have a PLC background that would also be a distinct advantage

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding in customer satisfaction, and used car stock controls.
